个人简介

徐世军,医学博士、博士后、二级教授,博士研究生导师、目前所在学院-药学院。四川省学术与技术带头人,四川省卫生与计划生育委员会学术带头人,四川省中医药管理局学术带头人,德国vs日本波胆分析 中药药理学学科学术带头人后备人选。四川省青年科技奖和四川省杰出青年基金获得者。兼任全国脑健康协作组/北京师范大学老年脑健康研究中心研究员,现任中华中医药学会中药实验药理学专委会常务委员、中国生理学会中医药与脑稳态专委会委员、世界中医药学会联合会脑病专委会常务理事,世界中医药学会联合会网络药理学专委会常务理事、世界中医药学会联合会上市药物再评价委员会常务理事等。兼任长江学者、国家“千人计划”青年项目、国家自然科学基金项目、中国博士后科学基金评审专家、香港特别行政区食物及卫生局研究基金评审专家及四川、重新、浙江和河北科技项目及科技奖励评审专家。主要研究方向为中药药效与毒理、神经退行性疾病创新药物发现与评价、痴呆风险因素早期发现与致病机制及中药抗炎与免疫药理等。先后获得国家自然科学基金(重点、面上)项目、“重大新药创制”科技重大专项、国家重点研发计划-中药现代化专项等科技项目10余项。围绕阿尔兹海默病(AD)风险因素及创新药物发现研究方向,首次发现并阐释了长期冰冻饮食导致认知损伤的致病机制,论文发表在该领域2区区杂志APS(IF:5.064);创新认知障碍新理论,系统研究并构建干预康复体系,“认知功能障碍的发生机制及中医康复技术应用研究”和“恐惧认知障碍的发生机制及针药意三结合康复体系应用研究”分别获得2016年及2019年度四川省科技进步二等奖(证书:2016-J-2-54-R02,2019-J-2-12-R01);首次发现了蜀椒、川芎等川药的新用途、新机制,论文发表于药理领域权威杂志Frontiers in Pharmacology(IF=4.22),Drug Design, Development and Therapy(IF=3.216);创制了通络醒脑泡腾片、参芪益智颗粒、天芪益智颗粒等AD新药(专利授权号ZL201310132096.2,ZL201310128021.7,ZL201711205034.4),建立了fMRI在体评价AD中药复方疗效的新方法,论文发表于该领域权威杂志Current Alzheimer Research. (IF:3.67)并入选Faculty of 1000。首次揭示了寒热痹的表观遗传学机制,并建立了多组学联用发现中药复方功效相关物质和机制研究新方法,论文发表于国际权威杂志International Immunopharmacology(IF=3.943)等。近年正式发表学术论文100余篇,其中SCI 10余篇,IF>5分论文1篇,>3分7篇;获四川省科技进步二等奖2项、三等奖1项,成都市科技进步三等奖1项;获得国家发明专利10项,转让专利2项;出版教材专著18部,其中主编的《实用临床药物学-中成药卷》是自《临床药物学》1954年第一版出版以来第一次纳入中成药;获得中药新药临床批件1件。
